What We Are about
Imagine growing up surrounded by a specific world view and coming out in the end with an entirely opposing system of beliefs. Conventional wisdom is to be thrown out the window.
Has the Hardcore Punk scene given birth to social and political movements or just supplied a fertile field for these beliefs and movements to grow? How can it be that the ethos of the scene can shape and mold people to have competing ideas on political and social order?
Really, who cares? But this page allows us to explore that quagmire if you will. Of how a preconceived notion can be so patently wrong.
We don't have rules here. We have a system of beliefs that says, it's ok to disagree, and to disagree vehemently. But racism, sexism, and any other form of bigotry has no place on these pages. Now that's not to say you cannot have views that may trigger a reaction, but objectively looking at the content of what one says is what we are after. Not being the arbiters of thought.
So enjoy, or don't, we really don't care, or do we?
